Sundays
As I look back on my past week as always it has flown by so fast! As always I am blessed by hearing the word and watching the courage of our Pastor as he shares the word even though he had a huge medical procedure only two days before. Knowing me I would still be home in bed! The Olympics have ended with all the joys and sorrows one could expect. I grieve for the loss of such a young man and also the loss of a mother, yet thru it all each person represented their country with all we admire and respect.

Today's reading!
The thing that approaches the very limits of His power is the very thing we as disciples of Jesus ought to believe He will do. We are the one who limits God, His love and power has no limits. As I read this in My Utmost for His highest I ask myself how am I placing limits on God? I know all too well that answer and my prayer for this day is that I open myself poured out to God and allow Him to work in those deep hidden places of my heart.

The Olympics !
The Olympics have been so wonderful to watch, we find ourselves captivated by all the athletics accomplishments they are so good and the stories they all have are amazing. The Korea lady skater carries the weight of her country on her shoulders, not sure how I feel about all the pressure on a young lady but I am sure of her amazing abilities on the ice.

Our Dear Anna
This is a difficult time of the year with so many viruses going around and Anna is not well again. I am finding it hard to find the words on how much my heart goes out to them. I do know God is our refuse and our strength.
I pray for strength in Anna's body, for her heart to be lifted and for David, that he can lean totally on God knowing He is in contol.

Friends
The past few days my mind is on my dear friends who have endured many trials over the past few years as we also have, I ask myself how do we continue when some of our trials are so painful, the loss of a child, a sick loved one, or the accident that has changed the life of our loved one. We trust in God and know He will not ask more of us than we can endure, we rest in the peace He can give and we lean on those friends that God has placed in our lives. How thankful I am for friends.

Grandkids and Dogs Again
As I try to find the time to think of new fun things to design, Brooklyn is watching tiger and all seems to be going so well when I notice Molly is chewing on Brooklyn's shoe. This boxer seems to be so destructive, she finds trouble all the time. Her puppy stage needs to end soon :)
