My Utmost for His highest !

The thought of my utmost for His highest! Today as I read the devotional for the day a line jumped out at me like a burning flame. (God speaks in the language you know best-- not through your ears, but through your circumstances.) Oh that I will listen to what God is telling me thru my circumstances.

Hum our youngest son now has is license more for me to worry about, now I try not to worry but that is one area I have not had the victory in yet. There are good sides to his new found freedom yet as Mom my heart sinks every time I hear a siren or he is not home yet. You would think after our other children all driving I would be better but alas not as of yet.

It is amazing how much one can enjoy a pet. Our black lab is such a good friend to have she is so good with our grandchildren and is so loving. She want's just to be where we are and has such a playful side. God must have known how much I would enjoy my little friend.

I'm listening to GMC, Kirk Franklin is having a special for earthquake relief for Haiti. As I am blessed by listening to this wonderful gospel music Iam humbled by the scenes on the television
of all the suffering in Haiti. How can we neglect the great need, we can give and pray for all our
brothers and sisters, I pray thru my busy days I do not forget.................

It has been said that A Sister is God's way of proving He doesn't want us to walk alone. Oh how I treasure my sister, a sister is someone who knows everything about you and loves you anyway.
I have the great pleasure of having a blood sister and a very wonderful soul sister who walks thru many of my joys and sorrows. Surely we are blessed to have a God who gives us sisters.

Today my daughters dog caught a little bird and I didn't have the heart to let her keep hurting the poor thing so i got away from her and set it up where is hopefully can revive. I know its probably not going to survive but its so sad.
