Can't Wait!

I'ts been so long since I've been on my blog! So many thing's have gone on:}  Well I'm about to be a grandma again and can't wait! My goals are clear I want to post every day, pictures my creations ect.. so bear with  me as I enter back into the joy of blogging!

That time of Year!

Time is going by so fast and I am trying to take it all in! Our youngest son graduates from High School and we are in the midst of open houses, weddings, and showers! They have all seemed to have come at the same time this year. Well my designing and creating is slowing down and i long for time to set aside to refocus but that time may have to wait. I was looking thru some of the pictures that I have taken of some of my necklaces and found one to share, I will be posting more as soon as I can.

Beautifully Broken Charms

Well I took lots of pictures and most of them were awful, I have so much to learn when it comes to taking pictures. I am enjoying working on new things.  Today is a beautiful day and my husband is coming home tomorrow from a missions trip, my how I have missed him!  This weekend is the spring sale at the vintage roost so I will see how much interest there is in my pendants.  Well here are only two of the pictures that turned out.

Well, what an interesting day for me! I'm in Portland waiting for my kids to get out of a concert! What to do in a city that I do not know my way around! Well thankfully I found a starbucks! So here I am watching all the interesting people, we used a GPS system from my daughter to find our way to the concert and Shay named it Ginger, he has kept me laughing all the way here, Ive dropped them off now what!!!!!! Well I have my laptop and my box of china to work on, maybe Ginger can show me around Portland.

Easter is here!

Something new to wear on Easter! We had so many people today at church it was wonderful! Today is a day with family and remembering all the wonderful things we have because of Christ.  I am going to attempt to share my new things this coming week that
I have been working on I am calling my new line Beautifully Broken, I am making pendants from broken china plates.

Easter is Comming!

I am so stirred when I think of the great gift God has given us by His death and  rising again what a great God we serve!  Oh that all will find Him!

I think spring is trying to get here!

I love this weather! I'm looking forward to spring break with the kids.

Treadmill

Today is my first day to get on the treadmill, I guess its a start my past few years have had a tole on me and its time to get myself in better health.  I'm working on some new jewelry and cant wait to get my house done so I can get started!

I saw this on The Feathered Nest and just had to share it!  Well today is my dearest friends birthday, our bowling night and I need to find the time to clean ect... My age old questions for the week are: where did the time go,and how can I help those who are hurting? My heart is wrapped around my children and praying for direction for them. I find great joy in my husband and his never ending love and his commitment to others and the church. If that isn't enough I'm trying to find inspiration to accomplish my designs. Well off I go to tackle another day!

Lazy Afternoon

Today is one of those days to stay in work on my creations, nap if possible, and simply enjoy the day!  That all sounds so inviting but as the day would have it things change and my business will begin.  Tomorrow is Sunday and I'm lamenting over what to share with my class.  The age range is so wide its hard to connect with everyone.

Well back to my attempts to come up with something new. I'm grateful for another day and all the blessings God has given me.

I love the graphics on this site anything vintage is something I love to find. I'm loving the beautiful days we have been having. Today is grandchildren and puppy day for me so I will set my day aside for them!

Monday!

I am ever reminded how fast time is traveling by, there are so many things I want to do and I find it hard to accomplish all I plan to do.  I was just reading, God will help equip you to do all that He requires of you. How thankful I am for that!  I enjoyed watching OPB last night and it was all about the music of Ireland, I love all the story telling the music had enveloped. I guess I enjoy knowing more about my Irish and English roots. This necklace is called Irish Dew .

Home today:)

I find myself home with a cold, my how it takes so much out of you just to battle a cough and chills. Today I was reading:  Joy comes from seeing the complete fulfilment of the specific purpose for which I was created and born again, not from my  successfully doing something of my own choosing. The joy our Lord experienced came from doing what the Father sent Him to do.  Now that is my challenge, to know what I am sent here to do!

March is here! How did that happen? :)

I am daily reminded of how important my walk is. Oh to be poured out before Him ready to do whatever he would require of me.  Now as this comes to my mind I also know joy, sorrow, and many other emotions will come my way.  Time goes by so fast and March came suddenly this year. Sean is turning 22 and somehow manhood swept in. How blessed I am to have him in my life!
